Tunes of Consciousness

The best way to connect with others through my art is not trading authenticity for approval. The sum of my paintings signifies a feeling of harmony and balance. While experimenting with form and color, my main focus is allowing the outcome to unfold by losing sight of the destination. Recognizing and appreciating creation can reveal the beauty behind pure originality. The challenge comes from interpreting a feeling and abstracting it. Grasping life’s emotions when I paint and putting them out there is how I play a part in becoming one with existence and myself. Making art is a way of leaving a mark in this life, and the best way I do this is by being in the present moment. This harmonious series is about the relations in life outside of painting and channeling mysterious sentiments I share with others. Art is easy to connect with because it is pure.

Being aware of creation is being alive. Being alive is realizing creation is eternal. Time is endless; it is past, present, and future. Time is everything at once, and to abstract reality on a physical plane is how I manifest inner feelings and emotions to create illusions. Working on all of my paintings simultaneously causes a synchronization, showing how they work collectively to tell the story of life. Obtaining new perspectives is unlimited during the process, and we can learn to appreciate the flawed parts of life during our journey here. Embodying that we are imperfect humans is what makes life beautiful. Existence comes back to one thing: love. Although we live in a world of great pain and suffering, love is the one thing that can overcome whatever challenges meet us in life. Being in tune with love is consciousness.
